Industrial Group Matamoros, S.A. of C.V. is a developer and construction company established in 1987, which has extensive experience of:

 

developer of two subdivisions for social interest houses and their respective financing with SOFOLES; promotion and sale of houses fovissste and infonavit; engineering design and construction of ships inside and outside industrial parks; purchase and sale of real estate for foreign companies; leasing of commercial and industrial spaces; participation in state and municipal public tenders; resource management for municipal works; construction of sites for mobile telephone antennas; installation of optical fiber, voice and data networks; civil engineering works; electrical engineering work of medium and low tension; Mechanical Engineering; among others.

Our experiences in the service of the construction industry, have led us to leave our headquarters in Tamaulipas and the branch of the State of Mexico. Thus, we generate and execute works in CDMX, Querétaro, Nuevo León, Sonora, Veracruz and Oaxaca in our most recent participations in the Mexican Republic.

 

The general director of the company is a civil engineer, he has participated in various positions of social participation with: the Federation of Civil Engineering Colleges of the Mexican Republic, A.C. (FECIC); Chamber of the construction industry (CMIC); College of Civil Engineers of Matamoros, A.C .; College of Civil Engineers of the Northeast of Tamaulipas, A.C. (CICNTAC); Citizen Committee for the development and improvement of the Baghdad beach in Matamoros, Tamaulipas; The Municipal Planning Institute of Matamoros (IMPLAN); and the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals, A.C. (AMPI).
